Evergreen SEO Agency ("we," "us," or "our") operates evergreenseo.agency and the EverConnect social connection app ("EverConnect by Evergreen SEO Agency"). We provide local SEO, social media management, and digital marketing services to small businesses.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our services:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, business name
• Facebook Page data — page names, page IDs, and page access tokens when you connect via EverConnect
• Instagram account data — Instagram business account IDs linked to your Facebook Pages
• TikTok account data — when you authorize EverConnect with TikTok: your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar, profile details and account stats (follower, following, like, and video counts), your video list and per-video performance numbers, and an access token and refresh token
• Usage data — how you interact with our website and platform

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Publish social media content to your Facebook Pages and linked Instagram accounts on your behalf
• Read engagement data (likes, comments, reach) to report on content performance
• Post videos to your TikTok account on your behalf, as you have asked
• Communicate with you about your SEO and social media campaigns
• Improve our services and platform

4. Facebook and Instagram Data

When you connect your Facebook account via EverConnect, we request access to your Facebook Pages in order to post content and read engagement metrics on your behalf. Specifically, we use:

• pages_manage_posts — to create and schedule posts on your Pages
• pages_read_engagement — to read post performance data
• pages_manage_metadata — to read Page information and settings
• pages_manage_engagement — to manage comments on your Pages
• instagram_content_publish — to publish content to Instagram business accounts linked to your Pages

We store access tokens securely and use them only to perform the social media management services you have engaged us for. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Facebook or Instagram data to third parties.

You can revoke our access at any time by visiting Facebook Business Integrations settings and removing EverConnect.

5. TikTok Data

When you connect TikTok through EverConnect, TikTok asks you to approve these permissions. We use each one for one purpose:

• user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats — to identify the account you connected and show its profile and stats in your reports
• video.list — to list your videos and read their performance for reporting
• video.upload and video.publish — to upload and publish videos to your account on your behalf

We store your TikTok tokens securely and use them only to provide the services you engaged us for. We do not sell your TikTok data, share it with third parties for their own use, or use it for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in your TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and websites, by removing EverConnect. Revoking stops our access immediately. Contact us at maxx@evergreenseo.agency to have stored TikTok data deleted. See Sections 6 and 7 for retention and deletion.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client. Upon termination of services, we delete your access tokens (including TikTok tokens) and personal data within 30 days. If you revoke access sooner, we stop using the tokens right away and delete them on request. Facebook Page tokens expire after 60 days and are automatically refreshed while your account is active.

7. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email maxx@evergreenseo.agency with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for social media posting via the Graph API
• TikTok — for posting and reading performance data through TikTok's official API
• Vercel — for website hosting
• Google Analytics / Search Console — for SEO reporting

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared or exposed publicly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
